Champions and the Harrower
On classic shards, champion spawns and their Power Scrolls live in Felucca. On Vail they're in Trammel, with the full Felucca rewards.
How a champion spawn works
- Kill the creatures around the altar. Red skulls appear as each level fills, up to five levels.
- When the last level is cleared, the champion appears.
- Kill it for gold, its artifacts and Power Scrolls. On Vail every champion gives the Felucca reward table, including Power Scrolls from 105 to 120.

The last three come with the server software but were never placed in the world. On Vail they're live, join the Lost Lands rotation, and give full Power Scroll rewards.
Ilhenir is worth farming. He drops the six Mondain's Legacy crafting materials (Blight, Scourge, Taint, Putrefication, Corruption, Muculent), Grizzled Bones, the Crimson Cincture (+5 Dex, +10 hit points, +2 hit point regen) and The Robe of Britannia "Ari" (10 physical resist).
The Harrower
Collect the champion skulls and take them to the Star Room. On Vail the Star Room gate and the Harrower are in Trammel. Defeating the Harrower is announced to the whole realm.
